Fruit Infusions To Boost Hydration
Getting more water into your body this summer need not be boring nor expensive. Where do you start? What do you do? It’s easy - create your own Fruit Infusions!
Slice your favorite fruits, and combine them in a pitcher of water (distilled, sparkling or bottled), allowing them to infuse for 5 to 10 minutes. Mix and match new combinations to create new tastes, adding mint, rosemary, or basil. It’s that easy.

Strawberry & Mango Water
What’s it good for: A sweeter way
to hydrate through your day!
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 Ripe Mango
OPTION: Use mango for Orange Slices
6 Strawberries
2 Large Glasses Water
DIRECTIONS: Thinly slice mango, and slice strawberries in half. Drop fruit into water.
Allow to infuse for 5 minutes, then enjoy!

Strawberry, Basil & Lemon
Cold Infusion
What’s it good for: Beats the head and makes hydrating easy with fun & fruity flavors.
INGREDIENTS:
6 Strawberries
4 slices Lemons
4 Basil Leaves
2 Large Glasses Water
DIRECTIONS: Roughly chop basil and slice strawberries in half. Drop ingredients into water. Leave for 5 minutes to infuse, then enjoy!
